What We Do

Community-led programmes that rebuild lives, restore dignity and strengthen the Nuba Mountains.

Our Approach

Programmes that come from the community, for the community

Every programme we run is designed with the community, not for it. From the first idea to the final review, local leaders, women, youth and people with disabilities shape the work.

We focus on three pillars — education, livelihoods and peacebuilding — because no single intervention can rebuild a community on its own.

All our work is guided by do no harm, trauma-awareness and practical accountability.

How We Work

Delivery that respects the community

These principles run through every programme we deliver, regardless of size or topic.

Community-Led

Local people co-design every stage — from problem-identification to review.

Trauma-Aware

Facilitators are trained in psychosocial first aid and safe referral pathways.

Inclusive

Women, youth and people with disabilities sit at the centre of participation.

Accountable

We share plain-language reports with participants, partners and donors.

Where We Work

Rooted in the Nuba Mountains

Our programmes currently run in Tombore Village and surrounding communities in Inpung County, South Kordofan. As we grow responsibly, we plan to expand to other villages across the Nuba Mountains — always in partnership with local leaders.
